This approach, together with an "in house" title examiner, title computers tied directly to all counties and courthouses, being attorney owned and operated as well as a wonderful staff who have been with us for many years, has resulted in our company regularly being named Commonwealth Land Title's top agent in South Florida. We also underwrite through First American.
Our rates are extremely competitive, as we close transactions at minimum promulgated rate. We utilize three separate closing facilities in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and also handle Monroe County closings (the Florida Keys) and as our computers are linked statewide, our company has the ability to close transactions statewide using Notary Closers or Federal Express as we now do for several lenders and REO companies.
